Raw Banana Bajji / Aratikaya Bajji / Kela Bajji


Ingredients :

Raw Banana / Plaintain - 2
Besan/Gram Flour - 200g
Red Chily Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Ajwain - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
Sodium Bi Carb / Kitchen Soda - 2 Pinch
Oil - To Deep Fry

Preparation Method :

1. Take the Raw Bananas Peel the Skin with Peeler or Knife. Then Cut into Slices as Thin or Thick Like Your Choice.  Keep it immersed in Salt water until use.

2. Take a Bowl add Besan, Salt, Coriander Powder, Chily Powder,Turmeric, and Kitchen Soda, Mix Well then add 2 Tsp of Hot Oil, Mix Well. After add Some Water Like Thick Batter.

3. Raw Banana Slices Separate From Water and Strained Before Using. Heat Oil in a Kadai Dip and Coat the Banana Slice and drop Carefully in Hot Oil.

4. Fry them Both Sides Until It Turns Brown. Adjust the Heat To Cook. Then Separate from Oil and Kept in a Paper Towel.

5. Garnish With Sliced Onions and Serve Hot.

* Tasty Raw Banana Bajji or Aratikaya Bajji are Ready.
