Ingredients :
- Prawns – 500gms, medium size
- Tomatoes – 4, large size, diced
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Whole Green chillies – 5
- Coriander powder – 3 tsps
- Garam masala – 1tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garam masala and curry leaves for a minute.
- Now add the coriander powder, green chillies, salt, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste. Fry for about 30 seconds.
- Then add tomatoes and half cup of water.
- When the tomatoes soften, Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook on simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Serve with rice or roti.
