Ingredients:
- Dondakaya – 250 gms
- Mustard powder – 2 tsps
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsps
- Salt – 2 tsps
- Oil – 1 1/2 tbsps
Method of Preparation:
- Wash and wipe the vegetable dry.
- Cut into small round pieces.
- Mix well the oil, red chilli powder, mustard powder and salt in the vegetable.
- Prepare 2-3 hours before serving.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
