Cucumber Pickle (Dosa Avakaya Pachhadi)


Ingredients :
  • Dosakaya (Malabar Cucumber) –  1 medium size
  • Mustard powder – 2 tsps
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsps
  • Salt – 2 tsps
  • Oil – 1 1/2 tbsps
Method of Preparation :
  1. Wash and peel the skin of the cucumber.
  2. Remove the seeds and Cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix well the oil, red chilli powder, mustard powder and salt in the vegetable.
  4. Prepare 2-3 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
