Ingredients :
Dondakaya – 250 gms
Mustard powder – 2 tsps
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsps
Salt – 2 tsps
Oil – 1 1/2 tbsps
Method of Preparation :
1. Wash and wipe the vegetable dry.
2. Cut into Bold long pieces.
3. Mix well the oil, red chilli powder, mustard powder and salt in the vegetable.
4. Prepare 2-3 hours before serving.
* Serve with hot rice and ghee.
