Suji/Bombay ravva-1/2 kg/1 cup
Sugar-400 grms/ 3/4 cup
Elachi-3,
Boiled Milk-1 cup(Required)
Ghee- 3 Table spoons
Coconut-1(Scraped)
Kaju,Kissmis-For decoration.
Preparation Method :
1.Scrape the coconut /Grind and kept a side.
2.Take PAN add Ghee and fry suji till Gold color on low flame and take out in to a plate.
3.Add some ghee and add coconut scraped and fried till gold color.
4.Grind the sugar and 3 Elachi and make fine powder.
5.Fry kaju ,kissmiss for decoration in ghee.
6.Take wide plate add fried suji, fried coconut and powdered sugar and mix well.
7.Add Boiled milk to wet the flour and make fine balls if required add some milk and make round balls.
8.Garnish with Kaju,kismiss and kept a side for 2 minutes they become tight.
