Ingredients :
Pomfret fish – 2 pieces
Pudina chutney – 3 tbsp
Green chilli paste – 2 tsps
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 4 tsps
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method :
1. Clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
2. Make deep incisions on both the sides of the fish.
3. Mix together pudina chutney, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
